Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using Relens ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by United Merchants Ltd (Company No. 12406699), registered in England and Wales, with a registered office at 67 Delaval Road, Billingham, England, TS23 3BX.
2. The Service
Relens provides an AI-powered interface for querying your connected data sources — including Google Analytics 4, Shopify, and support email inboxes (via IMAP) — using natural language. You connect your data sources via OAuth or by providing IMAP credentials, and our system fetches data on your behalf to answer your questions. All access is read-only.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- →You must be 18 or older to use the Service
- →You must have at least one supported data source (a Google Analytics 4 property, a Shopify store, or a support email inbox) to use the core features
- →You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- →You must not share your account credentials with others
4. Free trial and subscriptions
New accounts receive a free trial of 3 questions with no payment required. After your trial, a Pro subscription is required to continue asking questions.
Pro subscriptions are available at $20/month or $200/year, providing 200 questions per month.

- →We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- →Question credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- →Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- →Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- →Share your account to circumvent usage limits
- →Use the Service to process data you are not authorised to access
6. Data source access
By connecting a data source, you grant Relens read-only access to the data in that account. We access this data solely to answer your questions. You may revoke access at any time.
Google Analytics 4: By connecting your GA4 property, you grant Relens read-only access to your analytics data. To revoke this access, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Relens.
Shopify: By connecting your Shopify store, you grant Relens read-only access to your store's order, product, and customer data. We cannot place orders, modify products, or access payment card data. To revoke this access, go to your Shopify admin, navigate to Apps, and uninstall Relens.
Support Email (IMAP): By connecting your email account, you provide Relens with your IMAP credentials (email address and password or app password). These credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored securely so Relens can connect to your inbox on each request. Access is strictly read-only — Relens reads email metadata (sender, subject, date) and short snippets only, and cannot send, delete, or modify any emails. To disconnect, click Disconnect on the Support Email card in /connections.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Relens provides analytics summaries and AI-generated insights for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any answers provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Merchants Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
